We are developing platforms for the digitization of Human Resources processes and employee engagement.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our technology team. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing and maintaining software solutions across the entire technology stack. You will work closely in small teams to deliver innovative products that meet our clients' needs.

The tech stack we use is Vue, Node.js, Hapi and MongoDB. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with these technologies, but we are also open to candidates who have experience with other modern frameworks and databases.

• Experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Confidentiality is a must. You will be working with sensitive data.
